OKKKK...i just went and checked my nuffnang's status and guess what..lol..i didn't knw that there was that many ppl who checked out my blog..just on this week alone, i've reached a hit of 175..OMGGG..i knw people do read my blog but i've never understood the magnitude of it all..it's starting to sink in though..there's people from aus, sg, states, russia or something..lol..and here i always thought that i was the only one who reads it..
WOW is the only word i can express at the moment..i guess other people actually do read other people's rantings and going-ons in life..and i thank you for well letting me rant and rave to my heart's content..so if u've been following me, thanks =)...know that you're appreciated and i'll read your rantings and ravings too..if you let me knw your links...

There's an old saying that goes, “The definition of stupid is continuing to do the same thing and expecting different results.”

nobody's born stupid..every1's born smart in their own way..people born with brains means they are smart..different people have their own definition on how stupid is defined..well, to each their own..
but my definition of stupid = people who have the brains to excel but don't put it to good use..instead they lead screwed up lives which is a result of their own doings..who cares your IQ maybe above average..it's only gonna be a waste esp to those deserves it so much more than you do..
(don't mind me..i'm ranting about this as we were just talking about it on our way to uni..boohoo..a great way huh of starting a day..)
owh yea, on another note, i once saw this post in which the writer of that particular post was blaming everything else including god for not being able to do well in a particular subject..WTF ! so it's god's fault that he gave you brains, huh ?? jeez..

People whom i Miss desperately..

they say time heal all things..but time itself is an irony..time also makes you miss someone desperately..and it makes you eager to see the recipient of the feeling asap..i've been with these people for quite some time already and it's of course no wonder that i miss them so..therefore, this post is solely dedicated to them and them alone..i miss many people but i miss these people desperately and a lot

1) My Family

i miss my dad, mum, my maid for many years and surprisingly my 2 sisters..lol..considering hw i've always been so annoyed with them whenever i'm back home..i miss home-cook food. i miss using the car. i miss sleeping in my own bed. i miss bugging mum to let me go on a splurge. i miss talking till my dad cant stand it any longer. i miss them scolding me too (i better nt tell them this)..hmm..the list is still going on though..there's a saying that blood is thicker than water..this is very very true..ntg in the world can replace my parents..=)

2)Hii Mao Li, my bestie since high sch & my partner-in-crime

i miss you lili...jeez la..i have no1 to rant and rave when i'm in the mood. i miss you trying to talk sense to me when i'm about to do something crazy. i miss going to your place all the time. i miss camwhoring with you. i miss talking bout guys with you. i miss going out till late with you. i even miss the time when both of us came back from soho smelling like the garbage dump itself and we poured like the entire bottle of perfume on the seats of my car. you've been there for me through thick and thin and i really appreciate that. i can't wait to go melb and stay with you in latrobe for the wkends and you with me at caulfield. it's quite surprising that we're still strong and close although we're pretty far. our WEBCAM session is still going on !!

3)Gwenda Tan Wen Ling, the elder sister & close confidante that I've never had

i miss u gwendada. i miss bitching bout stuff with you. i miss going on crazy excursions and taking pictures of crazy and weird ppl. i miss going to places like soho or links without you. i miss all our lunches. i miss our beach outings. i miss us complaining bout our own guys. i miss asking you for advice. i miss going crazy with you. you're like the elder sister that i never had. i can talk bout anything at all with you. thank the stars for the creation of cell phones, msn and skype..i cant wait for our next skype session..its ur turn nw to decide the time..=) and i can't wait for you to be here. i hope he wants to come down kl so that you can stay with me..like i told you, i'm gwenda-deprived...

4)Wong Yi Yang, the guy friend whom i can count on

omg..i have not been talking to you recently and it feels like ages already. we have not been drinking together since NYE !lol.. i miss asking you for advice. i miss annoying the crap out of you with my constant teasing. i miss high school. i miss telling you my stories. i even miss ur CSK-ness (chao seh kia). i miss talking to you. and i wasn't even afraid of your driving although you claimed it was bad. there's so much i wanna update you on. and i'll do that when we're both back in kch. or when we meet up in kl. rmbr i have yet to bring you to one of the clubs.

5)Jason Pui, the guy that can always tell me the truth

usa is seriously very far for a friend to go. but although u're that far, u still knw stuff thats happening here. even stuff bout me though i wonder how. haha. i miss you tutoring us in everything i didn't knw. i miss your car. i miss you telling me to behave and all. and i can always count on you telling me the truth no matter how bad it is. the last time i saw u was on new year's before u left for seattle. we went to all over town to find out the source of the lights in the sky only to end up at crown square. lol. ít's good that i can still talk to you bout things although there are like thousands of miles between us.

6)Eleanore Liew, one of my fave babygirls that we have to look out for

elle's like the baby to me. maybe it's because she's younger and all. like gwen, i miss you too. i miss our craziness. i miss our camwhoring sessions. i miss all the lunches. i even miss picking you up from school so that we can go out and therefore making you skip school. i miss party-ing with you. i miss gossiping with you. i miss doing weird but funny things with you. i miss all the times we hang out. you're like one of the only juniors that i'll actually look out for. in case there's problems at home or in sch. i miss texting you too. and babe, dont worry bout those bitches that u were telling me about the other time. call me if anything happens or if u're feeling down k. i'll b back in kch soon. and u'll be up in kl soon too.

OMG !! i give this movie thumbs-up !! it was a pretty good movie..it was hilarious too as i laughed quite a bit..and the whole cinema was full..although it was an 1130pm showing...woohoo..we all came out of the theatre fully satisfied and happy..money well-spent..YOU GUYS SHOULD GO AND WATCH IT TOO !! a not-to-be-missed if you are the kind that likes shopping...;)

Randoms of the day

It's EARTH HOUR session now...and we're passing time in Starbucks of all places..haha..no la..we're waiting for our late night movie later at 11.30pm..and since there was ntg much to do in pyramid, we're here in starbucks..woohoo..because starbucks switched off most of their lights, we the customers get a 20% discount during this one whole hour..and trust me starbucks is filled with ppl..and omg..i bought like a hell lot of colours from elianto just nw..it was just this little splurge when i saw them..=DD
urghh..connection here sucks too..i expected it to be well at least faster than my condo's but it's like the same..wtf..i'm like cursed with slow connection..wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf..
and boohoo to the ppl out there..i've been deprived of dancing and drinking..everybody's like nt allowing me to go at all..that's the reason why nobody wants to pei me go zouk tonight..they're all saying patience babe, next week next week we go and play kao kao..cheh...meannieess !! esp YOU !!! you told me to bring you along all the times i'm gonna go and yet you dont allow me to go tonight to...that's so UNFAIR !! considering all your friends go and drink every night and you follow along..

p.s. i've this huge feeling that somehow, i'm gonna do another minor scandal again..crap !! it's like i have this dejavu feeling or something about something i cant seem to prevent from happening..do i want it to happen or not ???

p.s.s. i don't wanna be a relationship wrecker..but but but can i help it ?? once burned, always burnt..i'll be scarred in that case..should i or should i not at least try to avoid it ??

Lust of Love at first sight ?

I do not think that what is called love at first sight is so great an absurdity as it is sometimes imagined to be. We generally make up our minds beforehand to the sort of person we should like, short or tall, black or brown or fair; and when we meet with a complete example of the qualities we admire, the bargain is soon struck. there's no such stuff as love at first sight..i never believe people who say that they fell in love at first sight..to me there's no such stuff..maybe that's because i'm a cynic...haha..but i do believe in lust at first sight..LOL..that's a more possible explanation for the so-called butteflies in the stomach and the rate of heartbeat..there's no way you can love someone without knowing all about them first..therefore, it's more of attraction at first sight !!

okk..let's see..what have I been doing this whole week ?? hmmm..ntg much except for rushing to complete all of my assignments which is due this week..there's econs assignment, and also accounts presentation to get ready for..but thank goodness it's all in the past nw..
i still have to hand in my business stats assignment next monday & my management assignment next friday..sucks wei..considering i'm like a lil lost in my business stats..besides all this, there's the usual frenzy of attending tutorials & lectures..

and there was this incident where i gotta carry out my dare but didnt know how to go about doing it..in the end, i had to resort to asking 2 of my fave ppl in kch (Gwenda Tan & Eleanore Liew) bout tips..hahaha..elle's ideas were pretty mild unlike's gwen's which made me shout out loud in the cafeteria..yea..and made ppl look and stare at me..LOL..to both of u, i've completed my dare already..well i think i already did la..but don't knw what shynee thinks about it..since she's the one that dared me to..but anyways, thanks dada & norenore..haha

btw, ee von & i played flour in uni that day..lol..a flour war...sounds very childish right ?? hahaha..i'm turning 19 & she's turning 21..hahaha..a pair of oldies playing flour in uni after hours..luckily no guards came to chase us away like what luke made me think...later, we went AC to eat and i knw i got back home very late..hahahaha..YAY !! we should go play again..

oooo and i also found out there's a website that's called google scholar. damn cool wei...i was doing my management assignment and was practically tearing my hair from its roots when my senior came and told me that i can actually find e-journals and e-articles from google..so here is it..hmmm..this is how it feel like to 'stand on the shoulders of giant' as quoted by google scholar..

it has a hell lot of journals that were supposed to be my reading materials for management in here...YES !! my job of completing my assignment is becoming slightly easier...wooohooo...

Challenges

challenges & dares are a drive in life..they are the sort of stuff which makes human life all the more interesting..without it, life would be routine-ly..which would then lead to utter and absolute BOREDOM !
scandals are also another thing which makes life interesting..without scandals, ppl would not gossip..without scandals, the person or ppl comitting the scandal would not feel the excitement and rush just by doing it..

i have just realised that pining for someone who has already left is just gonna hurt you more..life is just to short to attach yourself to the memory of that person and yearn for him from afar..that is why long distant relationships never will work for me..now i'm just gonna live in today and take a day at a time..whatever happens when the time comes happens..
pining and yearning is only gonna make me all the more scandalous..so that doesn't work at all..hahaha..

our (shynee & I) challenge/dare will only start after this 2 weeks..if he/she msges within this 2 weeks, then the dare is on..if nt, then we gotta accomplish another separate mini dare..arghh...i'm hoping she texts me asap..i dont feel like doing the mini dare nooowww...=(
